Kids Care Finder is a one-stop shop website that connects parents with all of the child-related services, activities, and childcare they need for their kids from birth to grown in ONE place.
Founder Story I was on maternity leave with my third baby boy and I had to find a new preschool and a new in-home daycare for my other two boys. I spent half my leave calling, texting, emailing, touring, and researching dozens of places. It was exhausting, frustrating, and a few months in I felt completely defeated. Not to mention how sad it was to think that half my maternity leave was gone, and instead of bonding and playing with and focusing on this beautiful newborn, I was completely consumed and desperate to find adequate care options for my older kids. After nearly three months of searching, I finally found a good preschool for my oldest son, but I had completely hit a wall with in-home daycares and had run out of places to call for my middle son. I was so upset and didn’t know what to do. In a moment of frustration, I yelled out loud that there needed to be ONE place where parents could go, no matter how old their child was or what their needs were, where they could search and filter down the results just to find the ones that would work for their needs. The next day, I applied for a business license and purchased a domain, and Kids Care Finder was born.
